Who is Connecteam for?

Connecteam was designed to meet the needs of the deskless workforce. Companies with employees that do not necessarily have daily access to computers – small and big alike.

What do I need to add employees to Connecteam?
Nothing but a mobile phone number and a name. 
Once you add an employee, they receive a text message inviting them to download the app and activate their account.
Do I need to train my employees to use the Connecteam app?
No training is needed! Connecteam was designed for the deskless workforce in mind. 
Even people who are not very tech-savvy, “just get it”. 
How many employees should I add during the Connecteam trial?
They suggest you add between 20 to 50 employees depending on the size of your company.  
Your sample should contain a variety of workers, from different positions and ranks.
How to Track Engagement on Updates in Connecteam?
Through Connecteam's updates feature, you will be able to see in real time who has viewed your update and notify those who haven't viewed it yet.
If an employee hasn't yet viewed the update, you can resend it by send a push notification to them.
How can I delete a chat message in Connecteam?
  • Deleting messages in only available for admins or owners. Mobile users (employees) cannot delete a chat message.
  • Access the Chat from your side bar, click the conversation and hover your mouse over the Chat message you wish to delete.
  • Click the ... icon and click delete. Done! Mobile app users and admins will not see the message any more.
How can I edit team chat in Connecteam?

  1. Click Chat on your side bar

  2. Click the manage teams and channels tab

  3. Click the edit button

  4. You can now edit the team name.

How to create an anonymous survey in Connecteam?

  1. Click Surveys on your side bar and click add new.

  2. Type the survey's name and check the box anonymous survey.

  3. Create your survey and click save changes.

  4. Once saved, you will need to assign your survey.

  5. Done! Employees can start replying to your survey.
