Pros & Cons:
The ability to make desk to desk or desk to outside calls with a program of only 2 MB, free and open-source, is something great.
A great tool to page colleagues or to place low-duration & low quality calls inside a local area network without access to the internet.
Make desk to desk calls or join conference calls.
Video calls and conference calls succeed perfectly without jerks, jitter, or connection drops.
Cons:
It is not clear, despite absent tests and official documentation on the subject
It doesn’t support integration with switchboards like Free PBX and Asterisk
It doesn’t have the codecs required for the correct functioning of the two-way audio in call and does not (apparently) support the forced negotiation of a specific codec for all inbound and outbound calls, which can be improved in this sense.
