How can I log into Gradelink?

1. Contact your school. Only your school can provide you with login credentials for Gradelink accounts

2. Click the LOGIN button on the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Enter your school ID, username and password, and click LOGIN .

What can I do login if I forgot my Gradelink password?

Click “Forgot Password” to reset your password. If you don't know your username or school ID, please contact one of your school's administrators. For security reasons, Gradelink staff are unable to provide login credentials over the phone or via email.

How long does it take to set up Gradelink?

With Gradelink how quickly the setup process is completed depends on how quickly you provide the appropriate data to Gradelink. That being said, most schools can be up and running in as little 5-10 days.

Can I import our existing student data?

Gradelink will import basic student information and class rosters as part of the setup process. However, extended data imports – including information such as transcript data – are available for a nominal fee. They will provide an estimate on request.

Does Gradelink app require special hardware or software?

No. The only thing Gradelink app requires is a stable internet connection. Most major browsers and operating systems are supported.

What kind of internet connection do I need for the Gradelink app?

Gradelink works fine over most broadband and 3G/4G mobile connections.

Does Gradelink work on mobile devices?

Yes! As long as your device has an internet connection, Gradelink app works on tablets and mobile phones. For parents and students, they also offer a free mobile app (available on iOS and Android) specifically designed for mobile devices.

There is no practical limit to the number of users that can be signed in to your Gradelink account at the same time.

. Click on the Students tab.

. You may reset a student's password (or the password of a parent) by clicking on its name.

. Navigate to the Login Info subtab.

. Type a new password (twice) in the password field

. When you are done, click Save.

How do I create a Gradelink account?

Click the Students tab.
Click the Add New button in the top left corner.
Enter all required information: To create a new student, you must enter the Student's First name, Last name and Grade level.
Click Save.

How do I change my Gradelink password?

Go to the Students tab.
Click on the name of the student whose password (or whose parent's password) you'd like to reset.
Click on the Login Info sub tab.
Click on the password field and enter a new password (twice)
Click Save.
