Udemy courses can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and our mobile app. After you enroll in a course, you can access it by clicking on the course link you will receive in your confirmation email. You can also begin the course by logging in and navigating to your My learning page. 

Do I have to start my Udemy course at a certain time? And how long do I have to complete it?
There are no deadlines to begin or complete the course. Even after you complete the course you will continue to have access to it.
How can I pay for a Udemy course?
Udemy supports several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location. 
What if I don’t like a course I purchased on Udemy?
All eligible courses purchased on Udemy can be refunded within 30 days.
How to download your certificate of completion on Udemy?
  • When all the curriculum items of a course have been completed, a green trophy will appear above the course player, and you will see a notification indicating the certificate of completion is ready.
  • Click on the trophy to view the certificate.
  • To download the certificate, click Download on the lower right-hand side of the page.
Do all courses on Udemy offer certificates of completion?
No. Currently only paid, approved courses offer a certificate of completion. Free courses and courses that only include practice tests do not offer a certificate of completion.
I’ve completed my udemy course and the trophy has appeared, but when I click on it, I can’t see a certificate. Why?

Wait a couple of minutes and then try clicking on the trophy again. You may also need to refresh the page, or clear your cache and cookies, in order to see your certificate.

How to request a refund from your Purchase history on Udemy?
  1. Navigate to your Purchase history.
  2. Locate the course you wish to refund.
  3. Below the course title, click Request Refund. You will be directed to the course refund page. 
  4. If your course was purchased as part of a shopping cart transaction, click View all courses to expand the shopping cart and then click Request Refund below the course title. 
  5. Next, select your Refund Method. If your transaction is not eligible for a refund to your original payment method, you can choose to receive Udemy Credits.
How do I reset my Udemy account password?

  1. Move your cursor to the top right of Udemy's homepage, then click on Login
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Enter your email and click the I'm not a robot box
  4. Select the correct images and then click VERIFY
  5. Next, click on Reset Password
  6. Check your inbox for the reset password email and complete the steps to change your password

  2. Click Compose.
  3. Enter the instructor’s name and your message.
