AccountEdge helps your small business to manage your bank accounts, balances, and account numbers, and keep track of your annual budget. It enables you to make sure your business data is correct, protected, and balanced.

Banking 

AccountEdge spends and receives money, prepares bank deposits and electronic payments, prints checks, and notifies others of payments. It transfers undeposited funds to the appropriate bank account in AccountEdge. 

Sales 

Accounting software helps to create quotes, orders, and invoices for service, time billing, or item sales. It enables to receive payments against an individual invoice, or apply a payment to a statement that consists of multiple invoices for a specific customer. AccountEdge enables to supports GST, VAT, and Sales Tax, as well as Voluntary Withholding, Input Taxed, and Import Duty. AccountEdge keeps track of retainer, escrow, and trust accounts. 

Time Billing 

With AccountEdge, you can track all time worked on jobs with both billable and non-billable activity slips. It also helps to track employee hours with timesheets. AccountEdge allows remote users to track billable time, all without needing access to the AccountEdge desktop.

AccountEdge enables you to track open and closed purchase orders, receive items, and pay vendors electronically or by check. You can easily create a bill or purchase order, you don't have to re-enter all the same data to make an order or invoice, just use the 'convert to' option. AccountEdge helps to create a payment transaction and either pay electronically, print a check, or simply record.

AccountEdge helps you to keep track of item details. It Manages inventory locations and counts. It enables you to generate product variations (sizes and colors, etc.,) for an item, and then create values for each variation, giving you the ability to track and sell your items with much greater detail and precision. 
Contacts

AccountEdge Pro (for macOS 10.15 and higher) is a specifically developed version of AccountEdge that provides you to use AccountEdge on macOS Catalina and higher without setting up a virtual machine.

Is AccountEdge accounting software desktop or cloud software?

Desktop. You can still make use of AccountEdge Connect with this version of AccountEdge, you should require cloud collaboration tools, but an AccountEdge (macOS 10.15 and higher) subscription is for desktop software.
Will my subscription of AccountEdge accounting software include future updates and upgrades?

Yes, as long as your subscription is current and active. You will be notified timely that a new version is available to download. Whether it is an update or upgrade, you will have full, complimentary access to those new features.

If I decide to terminate my AccountEdge subscription, can I take my company file with me?

What if I have AccountEdge Network Edition, can I still use the new product?

AccountEdge Pro (for macOS 10.15 and higher) is currently for only single user. Patriot accounting software will share more details on our efforts on a multi-user version, as they become available. Therefore, you can still enroll in AccountEdge Pro (for macOS 10.15 and higher) and use the software on one computer at a time.
